I have recently put together a storyboard for the animated advert I'm going to produce for the internal client project. I scan this into my blog later on.

Busy, busy, busyyyyy. This term is full of researching and writing (typing) which is not my forte however, I have managed to stick to the deadlines I have set for myself ie. waaaay before the submission date. Today I have completed my first assignment which is due in on Friday, although I will still need to tweak a few bits. Tomorrow I will start researching for the Research Module, I'm going to start off my reading the rest of Edd Hooks, Acting for Animators and make tons and tons of notes. I feel this will be fun because it's about animation, but also boring because I'm not physically making an animation. I like lots of visuals.

Anyhow, I am going to tweak my essay here and there, order dominos and then spend the whole night looking at 11 Second Club eCritiques.

I want to produce an Christmas eCard for friends and family, so I'm currently trying to think of ideas and manage my time so I can to fit it in alongside my Uni work.

Hopefully I will be going to see Hotel Transylvania tomorrow or next week, which is exciting! Maybe I'll get a few ideas for halloween too, haha.

Client Project

For the internal client project I will be advertising a advanced textiles research group and their products as a future prospective. This will be a 45 second advert using 3D animation. I will be focusing on developing my character animation skills and compositing in After Effects.

Hello, last week was my first week back at University. Third year, scary stuff!
We have been thrown a lot of work at us however, I expected it. The first term assignments are mainly all essays, which are not my favourite but at least I am writing about what I love.... CHARACTER ANIMATION!

I have made a time schedule to manage myself well for this year, as the projects all overlap. I also have planned to set my own deadlines one week before the submission deadline. I have repeatedly convinced myself to stick to these! I will also create a detailed version and blog it very soon.
